Noodle Express

My husband ordered pork miso.I ordered potsticker miso....well we got home with our meals Husband open his up and ask were are the noodles?..I open mine up..well on the container it says beef...inside the soup is beef. I ordered potsticker.. my dad said his was fine....I tried calling the store several times..no answer.. Thanks guys for my dinner..So here is my review. Ohh and a picture of the receipt...proof is right there.

Showed up on a Friday evening at 5:30-ish to place a take-out order. Line was already forming. Put in our order and was told to expect a 30-35 minute wait. Had a seat in a booth looking for a water station. A very observant staff member saw us and fetched two plastic drink cups without us speaking a word. Service for a take-out order. I love these kids! Kicked myself for not tipping at the counter. 🙄 BTW, the food is ALWAYS great.

Their chicken osaka bowl is so good - for something so easy, it is a must-have at least 2x a month for me. Their noodles are also VERY good. Plenty of parking, inside/outside seating, clean restaurant, and prices are fair. The food is cooked fresh and it is really good. If I am addicted to anything, it is their osaka sauce. Their lemongrass potstickers are also super tasty. Their portions have definitely gone down quite a bit in the last 2 years, and when ordering "double protein"... that's not something I've ever actually received. It is always the same amount of meat as a regular order. It's super tasty food - just don't pay for double protein because you won't receive that.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We did an order for delivery and within less than 10 my “freshly” cooked food was already picked up for delivery. This should have been my first red flag. Upon delivery, my drive asked me to meet him at the bottom of the steps… what?! Anyhow, now the food… I could have gotten better food at a big box fast food place for less and better flavor. The noodles were hard like they’d been sitting out all day. The flavor is terrible and close to nonexistent. The soup tasted like watered down chicken broth, but more water than broth. The egg rolls also hard as though they’d been sitting out all day. All the food was dry and ABSOLUTELY terrible! I truly tried to give the food a good try, but as I kept trying it was still so terrible. Sadly $50 was thrown straight into the trash.

I placed an order on door dash for a small teriyaki bowl and decided to substitute the rice with noodles, and the slaw with grilled veggies. I received my order with a sweet note inside from the Sullivan noodle express team giving me a kind tip on how to order that specific bowl next time for cheaper! They totally didn’t have to but they let me know and I’m very grateful for it! They’re always very kind every time I go in to eat as well!
