I came here to eat with my dad yesterday and I had such an amazing experience! We were greeted and seated straight away. Then, once we were ready, we ordered and the food was brought out in around 5 minutes! We got fried rice and lo mein! It was all so delicious! The service was quick and so polite. The staff were so welcoming and sweet! I’ll be back again to try out new dishes!!
Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I have been trying to get here for the longest since a friend, Carolyn told me about it. It is located in the Olde Sproul Shopping Center, where there is plenty of parking and many handicapped spaces are available. I ordered a spring roll, which came with two pieces, mine was shrimp stuffed with vegetables and a summer roll which consists of shrimp, romaine heart and grain rice in a rice pancake. I also ordered shanghai wonton soup. My total was $18.70 and I opted for take out. I left a $2.00 tip. Joey H. was the server. I sat and waited patiently for my order. Of course in the beginning, I could not figure out what I wanted to order. It did not take a long time for my order to appear. I also received a fortune cookie and a te
Nice menu. Great food. Reasonable lunch special list of about 8 choices at $8 +. Not sure I would call it a typical Chinese food restaurant and I mean that in a good way. I felt the food had a bit of Japanese influence or should I say a multi-asian cuisine influence. Spicy chicken was amazing. Szechuan tofu was different than I've experienced elsewhere; but the flavor was there with an American spice level of about 3. I sampled the scallion pancake and it didn't disappoint. Loved it! The dipping sauce it came with was a winner. I will return here to sample more menu items.
The food was not good. The Dan-Dan noodles had no flavor to them. They tasted like spaghetti with some pork on top. The Pork Soup Dumplings were dry and didn’t have any soup in them. The Scallion pancakes were very thick and doughy, not flat and crunchy. The Curry Chicken was very oily and bland. Overall nothing really had much flavor or spice.
Food was disgusting. Who makes dan dan noodles with pasta??? The noodles cant even soak up the sauce. The xiaolongbao was also not edible. The skin was soooo thick and barely cooked. Everything was flavorless. My expectation wasn't high to start with but didnt expect to be this disappointed. If you want real chinese food, please don't come here.
