Customer Reviews
My wife and I had an unbelievable experience at Noodle & Bun. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were captivated as we could see the chefs making the noodles by hand. The service was impeccable. We had multiple people checking on us to take our orders, bring food to us, and serve us water. The food was amazing! I strongly recommend the spicy beef brisket noodle soup and the spicy won tons. Also, the prices were more than reasonable. Great experience overall!
First-time visit and there was a line to wait on-site. We had a group of 6 and waited about 20 minutes. It would be great if there were a waitlist system (like text message notifications) to avoid crowds blocking the sidewalk. We ordered the Lan Zhou Noodle Soup, Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Special Fried Rice, and Beef Wrap. Overall, the food was good. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy with a nice texture. The Lan Zhou soup was a bit heavy on pepper, but the beef was very tender. The other dishes were decent as well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would be happy to come back and try it again.
Stopped in after the Nutcracker show at the Civics Theater. Got a table right away. Service was fast and friendly. Dinning area was clean. One can also see the kitchen staff hand pulling noodle from the dough. The portion of the spicy wonton was smaller than we expected. Other dishes were good portion. Our favorites: the spicy beef brisket hand pulled noodle soup. It was a big bowl of food. Beef brisket was tender and delicious. This will be the dish that worth coming back for.
Between the three of us, we ordered the beef brisket noodle soup, dan dan noodles, and Shanghai dumplings. The flavors were excellent, and the noodles had a great chew. Portions were very generous --- we had just finished a half marathon, and the food was still more than enough. The total came out to about $15 per person, which is an absolute steal for the quality and quantity. Overall, we were very happy with our lunch and would definitely come back again.
I was very excited for hand pulled noodles at Noodle and Bun. We arrived early and were seated first, yet were served after several other tables that were seated after us. It was obvious that we were ready to order and were waiting patiently. It didn’t set the meal off to a good start. We ordered the spicy wontons which were the best bite out of the meal. Then the beef wrap, mixed combo fried rice, and the hand pulled noodles in the braised beef soup. The beef wrap is served cold with lots of herbs. I like dipping it in chili oil. The pancake was very tasty as well as all of the filling. The fried rice was very good and included a variety of meats like beef, spam, and eggs. It was even better left over. The braised beef noodle soup was very savory and had a wonderful broth. The hand
