The salmon and tuna sashimi literally melt in your mouth, with perfect texture and no fishy aftertaste. The sushi rice is seasoned just right, slightly warm, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The staff even took time to explain the daily specials, which was a nice touch. Great value for the quality you get. This isn’t just a trendy spot — it’s a place that genuinely cares about the food. Went to NOMI sushi place without expecting much, but it turned out to be really good. The fish tasted super fresh and the rolls were made with care — you can actually taste the difference. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, which made it even better. The staff were kind and didn’t rush anything. It just felt like a nice, easy place to enjoy good sushi.
