Customer Reviews
Amazing bagels and great donuts. I got an everything bagel with salmon, avocado and egg and was impressed. Employee was very kind and even brought our order to us. I was also a fan of the maple donut, which I tried out and thoroughly enjoyed. One more note is that parking was surprisingly good for North Park. Definitely recommend.
We went twice during our long weekend! The staff was so nice during our first time when we couldn't decide between the Day at the Fair (strawberry funnel cake) and Blueberry, that she gave the Blueberry as a freebie. It worked out because I loved the funnel cake one and my husband loved the Blueberry. We also shared the Salmon Gravlax bagel and WOW, so delicious and comforting with the toasty bagel. On our 2nd visit, we got the Vegan Shawarma Bagel, the Apple Pie donut and the Guava Cream Cheese. All phenomenal and surprisingly not too sweet. We're definitely coming back for more on our next SD trip! :)
First Visit to Nomad Donuts – Unfortunately Disappointing This was our first time visiting Nomad Donuts. We went on a Saturday around 10:30am, so parking was tough — pretty typical for North Park — but we eventually found a spot after circling a few times. I was expecting a larger donut selection based on what I had heard, but the variety was more limited than anticipated. We ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches, a sprinkle donut for our son, a small cold brew, a chai latte, and an orange juice. The donut was just okay — nothing memorable. The breakfast sandwiches were decent, but not standout. My wife enjoyed her chai latte, but the cold brew was extremely bitter. Even after adding cream and sugar, it was still hard to drink. That was disappointing, especially for a place known for cof
Such a great little spot. Staff were so friendly. I love that they have a great selection of bagel sandwiches. We had the chop cheese and the carnitas, they were both really good! Loved the house lemonade as well. We didn't try a doughnut but will be sure to next time!!
Stopped in for some bagel sandwiches and got a Chopped Cheese on Black Sesame and a Carnitas on Za'tar and both were top-tier. Great flavors, bagels had great texture and held up to the weight of the sandwich fillings and sauces. Friendly staff in a no-frills neighborhood joint. Didn't get a chance to try the donuts but will definitely be back!
