Customer Reviews
Definitely large portions of food. One plate is enough to feed two people. Flavor of the food just isn't what I was expecting. And their "steamed" vegetables were very uncooked and not good seasoning. I'm sorry but this is my honest review. :/
Food was really good and hits that spot your local chain just can't. We had the loco moco, pork mix plate, BBQ mix plate, and sweet ribs. Kids loved it. The portions are large enough that you would be fine with the small one, but we ordered to have left overs. Service friendly enough and had open tables for a lunch sitting.
This is my first time dining in at this place. Servers were very friendly and attentive. We were seated promptly. I ordered BBQ chicken by itself without rice or salad. Server told me that the potion was like appetizer size. However, the potion was huge and it filled up the whole plate as you can see in my picture! The chicken was tender, juicy, and well seasoned. I could not finish all the chicken, and had to take the rest to go. It still tasted very good even if I ate it on the day after. I will come again if I am in the area.
This food was so utterly disgusting that I wish I could get a lobotomy to forget I ever ate here to begin with. This is the only restaurant I've been in recent years that isn't just "not good" but is straight up AWFUL. I ordered garlic chili tofu stir fry. It had no spice at all. The entire meal was extremely bone dry and flavorless. The tofu tasted like memory foam mattress. I even like RAW broccoli but they somehow made broccoli taste bad. The carrot clearly wasnt even part of the "stir fry" because it literally was just cold, dry, and flavorless. It was like, a child's attempt at a meal. My friend ordered the ribs which she said were very tough, difficult to chew, and foul-smelling. Service wasn't horrible but our waitress was inattentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty rink
It’s hands down the best Hawaiian food I’ve ever had. Their charbroiled Korean hot chicken and ribs are fantastic. The macaroni salad is so good as well.
