Came here around 8:30PM on a Friday and got sat immediately. Server and hostess both were super kind, food got out really quickly and was so good! I got the kimchi pancake and tonkatsu both were soooo delicious. My mom got the Korean ramen and the spice levels and water temperature were perfect! Great little spot in the historic district

Beautiful gem in downtown Savannah! Soju was ice cold and the food was hot! I wish I came here sooner, it would've been a nightly event, but I hit it on my last night in town. The Takoyaki took me back to when I lived in Korea and had it for the first time. The Tteok-bokki (spicy rice cakes on the menu) was delicious, I cleaned my bowl. The fish cakes that come with it are the thickest I've ever seen!!!

This place is not authentic Korean food. Ordered Seafood Pancake and was 90% dough. Additionally, there were no utensils and napkins on the table so we had to eventually. grab them ourselves. Our water cups were not filled either, and we had to ask specifically for a refill. For our meal, we ordered a bulgogi and a tofu soup set and even those dishes were not fully authentic either. The experience of a beakban meal is to enjoy it with the banchans. Our dishes came without the banchans. Halfway through our meal we had to ask for banchans but they were not delivered. We had to ask again towards the end of our meal, which at this point we were getting full. When we did eventually receive our banchans it was not the full banchans either, we only received half. Came excited and left quite disap

I saw this spot as I was leaving Savannah and thought I'll give it a try on my next trip. The broth was plenty hot, which is the first step of proper noodle bowls. It was kinda of cute assembling my own final product. Portion was on the skinny side for my rice noodle bowl, but the Japanese ramen bowl seems to be bigger as my company was still tackling it at about half way when I was done. Overall it was good, I would try more dishes if I come back in the area.

If you’re looking for a spot that serves up bold flavors, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Etang Noodle and Hotpot is a must-visit. My daughter and I stopped in for a meal, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. I ordered the hotpot, which came loaded with a variety of fresh toppings. The broth was rich and comforting—just a tad on the salty side—but still incredibly flavorful. When I asked for extra cilantro and green onions, the staff quickly brought them over with no hesitation, which I really appreciated. My daughter opted for a curry dish, and judging by how much she enjoyed it, I’d say it was a winner. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion was just right. We also couldn’t resist ordering both steamed and fried dumplings, and they did no
