Noble Roman's Craft Pizza and Pub

Guy making my salad grabbed lettuce with unloved hands then decided to put on gloves to make rest of Caesar salad which he included half a boiled egg which didn't taste fresh or good. Salad had a lot of brown lettuce. I would have been better off coming in and eating salad bar. Salad picture is all the brown peices I sorted out of salad. Oh and I watched guy make salad because I came in after text saying my order was ready which it wasn't. Breadsticks were good.

Pizza es so, so. Not enough pepperoni and although I asked for it thin, I received a regular crust. My husband enjoyed his Chicago style pizza. He said it was good but nothing to brag about.

Caleb was extremely sweet to me an even made my 2 year old laugh cause she kept crying an he couldn’t hear what I wanted. He explained everything they had an offered to accommodate for my daughter. He was extremely professional and we watched him non stop work for the entire hour and a half my fam an I spent there so we gave him a 15$ tip. He definitely deserves more but that was all I had atm. Me and my family drove from Columbus to this specific location because of how good it was the last time we had it. We do not have a sit down location in Columbus unfortunately. It was well worth the 25 min drive. The staff is always so friendly, especially the new general manager. It was decorated for Valentine’s Day and my daughter really enjoyed that. The food was absolute perfection and the on tap root beer was just the cherry on top. Thank you to the lovely staff for always having great food, as well as great customer service and a clean restaurant! We love it so much that we’ll most likely be having my daughter’s 4th birthday party there!

From the moment we walked through the door our experience was phenomenal. Adam was very warm and welcoming, and explained all the great lunch specials. The pizza was delicious and came out very quick. The salad bar had great options and everything was super clean. Adam even stopped back at the table to make sure we didn't need anything. It is really hard to find good customer service these days. He nailed it. Above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely be repeat guests.
