We arrived at Noble Coffee just 10 minutes before closing, and Robert was incredibly kind, warm, and treated us like family even though they were about to close. We tried the pumpkin latte and their delicious pastries. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting Noble Coffee Roasters. You’ll feel right at home in their cozy, relaxed atmosphere ❤️

A true hidden gem – this café has everything you’d hope for: warm and attentive staff, high-quality coffee, freshly baked cookies, and a diverse selection of food options. The atmosphere is inviting, perfect for both a quick stop or a relaxing break. Consistently great service makes this café stand out. My favorite is cappuccino with oat milk and amaretto.

On our way to tour the Walkill Watchtower Farms, my wife and I were looking for a quick, easy, and delicious coffee spot, and Noble Coffee Roasters absolutely delivered! It was far from a disappointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the arugula breakfast sandwich, and my wife's ABC breakfast sandwich was equally fantastic—you could taste the freshness in every bite. And the coffee? Simply amazing! My lavender latte was a particular highlight. The service was excellent too; we met such a nice person there. We can't recommend Noble Coffee Roasters enough and will definitely be back if we're in the area again! 👍😃

Noble Coffee Roasters is such a cozy little gem. I popped in not expecting much, just hungry and needing a quick bite—and left already thinking about when I’ll be back. I ordered the grilled cheese and an iced tea, and honestly, that grilled cheese was next level. Perfectly toasted on the outside, gooey and flavorful on the inside—simple but done right. I don’t know how they’re doing it, but I got this sizable breakfast sandwich, small drip coffee, hash brown on the side and a macaron for about $17 after tax and tip. This place is such a deal and has an awesome, interesting menu.
