All of the food we ordered was wonderful and the prices were great! The one photo I took was of the chef’s salad I ordered. I couldn’t believe how large it was for the cost. The ingredients were fresh and high quality as well. We specifically liked the onion rings!

Since moving to Carthage we've grown to LOVE Nobels! All the ladies that work there are always so sweet and attentive. The back patio is nice and quiet in the mornings and if you're lucky Ms. Alfredo might grace you with her presence.🐔 We've never had a meal at Nobels we haven't enjoyed! Great food for a great price.

Ordered a Vol burger with tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles on it, they forgot everything but the cheese. I added my own toppings when I got home. Burger was raw!! Very disappointed

Decided to try this place while working in Carthage. SO glad we did. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, industrial style decor. The service was great she did forewarn us it would be about 35 minutes before we would be able to get any food. We quickly ordered an appetizer because we were starving! We got the loaded fries they come with bacon, cheese, and SMOTHERED in cheese with a side of their homemade DILL heavy ranch. They were absolute delicious! I could've drank that ranch, you could absolutely tell it was homemade in house ranch. As soon as I saw it I knew. We cleaned the plate and I'm talking the whole plate even scraped the extra cheese on the paper 😂. I couldn't decide what to do so the waitress recommended the Beez Kneez Pizza. First to name the good things about this place as I try to leave constructive reviews instead of just bitching about everything. I admire anyone that takes on owning and operating a business. It’s definitely so nice to have a non chain restaurant in small town Tennessee. Bonus points they were open on a Sunday! I appreciate you all being there. The interior is nice as well, you can tell whoever decorated gave it a lot of thought and consideration. Our waitress was also very attentive. Prices were reasonable, but I’d pay more for better food! Unfortunately the food was lack luster.
