Good Francesinha to introduce your international friends to this marvelous Portuguese dish! 50$ for 2 francesinhas (including fries) + 2 sodas

The CRACKED PREGO was fantastic, so delicious imma start making my own. Their mille fuille was the perfect dessert to finish my meal. Will be returning if I’m ever in the Newark area again!

The ladies in the front are nice but the food was not good. Fries are too thin, burnt and discolored as if they are old. The Cuban is not a real Cuban so think twice if you are planing to order it. They don’t use pulled pork and they don’t put enough pickles and mustard on the sandwich, taste very dry and so from this experience I will not spend my money at this location again.

This place used to be great with great food and awesome service, lately is going down with bad service and food is not even that great. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese toasted, they charged $0.50 to toast the bread and when I got it, the bread is burnt. So disappointed with the service here lately. Problem is when you ask food to go, staff will pack the food anyway they want and most of the times you can't complaint because you not there anymore.

The fact that this place doesn't have more reviews is a travesty. I went during normal breakfast hours on a weekday and it was jam packed. I went based on a suggestion from one of my videos and I could not be happier to have come here. I will say that the woman at the front was incredibly friendly, but there was a bit of a language barrier for a moment there, I ended up just kind of pointing to what I wanted by the end of it, but it all worked out fine. I think I was the only person who was not from some form of Spanish heritage in the building, which honestly made me want the food even more, haha. I got the "Tosta Mista" and a large coffee. For the milk for the coffee they frothed it up before adding and I liked that little touch. I added a splenda and that was enough for me to rea
