Niño Gordo Wynwood

El Niño Gordo exceeded every expectation, this place is truly something special in Miami’s dining scene. We started with the katsu sando (pork), which was absolutely outstanding… perfectly crispy, tender, and full of flavor. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, rich and deeply satisfying. And the flan with miso for dessert? An unexpected combination that turned out to be a flawless ending to the meal. What really set the evening apart, though, was the warmth and care of the chef and the entire team. My wife is pregnant, and without hesitation they went out of their way to prepare something special just for her. Will be back!

Had such a fun time for happy hour!! Got there right at the open. The staff was amazing and food just as good! Had 2 of their version of an old fashioned, dumplings, and tuna tataki. Definitely recommend this place for a date night spot in Wynwood! Hope to come back again

I had a good experience at this Southeast Asian restaurant! The highlight was definitely the waiter, he was Spanish and absolutely amazing, super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The dumplings were amazing and the best of the night, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right size.

This new restaurant was an interesting experience with regards to food, service and ambiance. The atmosphere was good; however, the dimmed red light doesn’t help that much to read the menu or fully appreciate the presentation of the food in the plates. It’s a new experience and has an interesting decor. Also, the server very knowledgeable of the menu.

Nino Gordo nails it. I want to live inside Nino Gordo. It's incredible. So much creativity and pure joy. My husband and I both got Udon. The portion was huge and meant for sharing. The food is beautiful and an explosion of deliciousness in your mouth! Service was excellent. Our server, Lau, did an incredible job along with the rest of the waitstaff. We had a cocktail in the hidden Japanese trucker room called Dekotora and it was like I was in Tokyo again. The bathroom is a chef’s kiss! We will definitely be back and try more things.
