I had such a great experience at Nixtamal! Bartender Hugo truly made the night special. His customer service was amazing — friendly, kind, and so welcoming. He made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. The drinks were absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced and crafted with care. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. If you’re visiting Nixtamal, I highly recommend sitting at the bar and asking for Hugo!

This place is stunning. They did a great job. Hugo the bartender makes a dang good drink! Try the mule! The general manager, John was super friendly and very attentive to all of the guests. Can’t wait to bring the family back!

My wife, son and I stopped in for lunch today. This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last. It's beautiful inside with lots of room and plenty of tables. We started off with the triple amenable. The nixta dip was by far the best of the 3. The guac needed some salt. Queso was good. I went with the steak torta, my wife got the ultimate ACP and my son ordered the chori polo which is usually my go-to dish. My wife also got a side of mesquite which is basically elote corn off the cob. My wife and son really enjoyed their dishes. The ultimate ACP was really good. Shrimp cooked perfectly. I liked my torta but just wish there was more steak on it other than the thin piece. I however didnt see it came with fries but next time I'll be sure to ask for beans and rice instead. Overall
