Nissi Vegan Méxican Cuisine

I was soo surprised with this place, the atmosphere is good, but when you try their food it blows you away. It’s best vegetarian/vegan TexMex and it soooo delicious, i couldn't stop eating. They also have 3 different sauces that you can take to go or eat inside and i would recommend trying them all they add just the right amount of freshness or kick. I kept thinking that most vegan restaurants in Austin are mediocre but this is one of the best places i ate at in my entire life. Verdict: Must Try! From now on I will be coming back here for any occasion!

This is a gem of a find for vegans! Its not elegant dining, but the food is really delicious! Service was excellent. The server explained things patiently to us and made very good recommendations about what to order based on what we told her about our preferences. It was a very enjoyable meal and I look forward to eating there again!

Absolutely love this place. Very fresh food, Very flavorful, so many options, very customizable. Great portion sizes. The nachos are huge. Every time I come, I leave very satisfied. Birria tacos are done VERY well, even the flautas. very flavorful filling. The basics are spot on, the sauces, Mexican rice, beans. This is my go to place. Highly highly recommend!

This place is the MOST LEGIT vegan Mexican restaurant in Austin and surrounding. My family is from Mexico and I grew up eating authentic Mexican food. When I went vegan, I was sad about how not being able to find authentic vegan Mexican food. So when I tried Nissi Veg Mex, I was so happy!! The flautas are soooo delicious. Beans and rice are a million times better than other “Tex mex / Mexican” restaurants. The birria tacos are 😍! Even if you’re not vegan, you NEED to try Nissi!

Stopped by after hearing about how this place has delicious vegan food and was not disappointed! Their flauta plate was flavorful and had a nice crunch, not to mention the perfect presentation! They have a drink called hemchata that's a play on horchata and tastes so dang good. I'm already recommending this place to my friends! Thank you for a delicious vegan meal! 😊
