Ninja Hibachi & Burger

We ate here for the first time today. I had the steak hibachi bowl with veggies added. Other family members had the shrimp rice bowl, and a chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was delicious! My steak was not very tender, but still very tasty. We received a good amount of food for the money we paid. It was well worth the visit and we will definitely come back to eat here again. The service was very nice.

Our Wreslting team came in after a dual and were served speedily. Especially by the cashier and server Ray King he had high energy and great etiquette, he insured our entire team of 15+ people were served and satisfied. He truly made the experience wonderful and in my opinion deserves a raise of some kind. Overall wonderful food and atmosphere.

The food is good. For the price of a chicken and bulgogi bowel I thought there would be a little more for the price.

Ordered ninjas Togo last Friday (6/5/2025) I order a chicken bowl (supposed to be fried chicken and was not) and steak bowl with two sides of broccoli. Once we got home to eat I ate a piece of broccoli and the next one I looked at had WORMS on it. I found two worms in my broccoli after I had already ate some. Threw it all in the trash after that. We called and told the manager we were coming back tomorrow (Saturday) for a refund as our order was almost $30. He said okay I’ll write you down for a refund. No apology or anything. Needless to say will not be returning to this Ninjas ever again. So if you decide to risk it and eat here take a good look at your food before eating it.

Ordered Bibimbap. Came with flat powdered egg, mainly cold lettuce, sautéed onions and a few matchstick carrots, zucchini and bulgogi. No red sauce. Asked about sunny side egg and lettuce. Was told no sunny side eggs anymore due to increase in egg prices. Nowhere near the quality I had received before. I would have rather paid a dollar more and received the correct meal.
