I truly enjoyed my meal from Nimba ! I was craving jolof and stubbled upon this gem on doordash- initially the order wasn't received, but that didnt stop the business owner London from reaching out and doing everything she could to fulfill and actually deliver my order to me. Not only did i receive large portions of salmon pepper soup , jolof , and fufu , she also allowed me to try a new menu item samosa as well. Everything was so good and fulfilling ! I am so grateful for both the food preparation and the consideration that went into these meals- support this business and enjoy some great Liberian food 🤍

The food was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and still hot and fresh by the time we got home. Every dish tasted authentic and made with real care — you can tell this is food done right. The portions were generous, the packaging was solid, and everything traveled extremely well, which is not easy to do with high-quality cuisine.
