Niko's New York Diner

Absolutely lovely little place nestled on side of 19 North in Hudson. The waitress was homegrown and super nice. We went for breakfast and left full, genorous portions. Fair pricing for these times. They don't offer a senior discount but the value is in the details with their specials. Two menus. One specifically for breakfast and another for all day and night. Truly a New York City Style feel. Bravo to the chef and we will be back for more.

First time here and will definitely go back. Awesome service, thank you Stacey. The food was like momma would make. Good and fresh. An added treat was a complimentary appetizer. Bruschetta, three bean salad and cucumber salad to sample.

The food was amazing, as soon as we sat down our waitress, Sandy came and took our drink order. Very pleasant and attentive! Right after we received our drinks, the waitress comes with 2, 3 compartment trays with appetizers. We didn’t even know about! The salads were wonderful! Everything was very tasty, seasoned, hot. Delicious! The atmosphere has an old diner appeal .Definitely returning.

Niko’s Diner in Hudson is one of those classic breakfast spots that keeps you coming back. The Eggs Benedict was done really well — perfectly poached eggs, rich and flavorful hollandaise, and everything tasted fresh and balanced. It’s comforting without being heavy, which isn’t always easy to pull off. The biscuits and gravy were another highlight. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the gravy was savory and hearty without being overly greasy or salty. Definitely hits the spot if you’re in the mood for a classic diner breakfast. Service was friendly and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, like a true hometown diner. Overall, a solid place for breakfast or brunch, and I’d absolutely come back again.
