Niki’s Pizza

Niki’s Pizza in Vero Beach absolutely knocked it out of the park. Tucked away just off US-1, this little hole-in-the-wall delivers what might be the best pizza in Vero. The crust had that perfect balance crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside with just the right amount of char. The sauce was rich and flavorful without overpowering the cheese, and everything tasted fresh and made with care. And the garlic knots? Unreal. Buttery, perfectly baked, generously seasoned, and finished with just the right hit of parmesan and herbs. Soft in the center, lightly crisp on the outside exactly how they should be. Places like this are why local spots matter. No frills, no gimmicks just phenomenal pizza done right and excellent service to match. If you’re anywhere near Vero Beach and craving

We visited Niki’s on a random Wednesday for lunch and while the ambiance and service were top notch, the pizza itself was okay. Coming from NJ NYC area we’re a bit biased to a classic slice but the pizza here lacked some of the flavor/texture I was looking for. Nevertheless, I did like the spot and in a jam I’d return but with more options I might try something different.

Delicious food and quick pick up service. We had a large cheese/pepperoni pizza, side of meatballs, and garlic knots. Sauce had great flavor, knots were seasoned and the meatballs had the perfect balance. Can’t wait to enjoy another meal at Niki’s.

We dined in and only several tables but they were comfortably set up nicely and a view of the TV for any games. The place is new and clean. The service was excellent. You sat where you wanted and they were quick to get your drinks and order. You get a jumbo plastic cup to take out. I was amazed on how excellent the service was. The meatballs were good and the sauce was above average. The pizza had a nice crunch and not floppy. Only complaint we had lots of bubbles on the pie. I thought the pizza was better than at Caps. I would recommend a visit.

We've been here multiple times over the last few months. The pizza is consistently delicious! I love that they serve slices until 3pm (always a thin crispy crust). My absolute favorite is the Popeye slice & imo the best I've tasted since coming to Fl 7 years ago. I hope Niki's is here for many many years!
