I am a Realtor down here in Raleigh,NC and needed a lot of help to get a house to closing. Nakia was a lifesaver!!!! She went far and beyond to assist me with getting the docs i needed handled. Such a great person with a lot of knowledge and passion. THANK YOU SO MUCH

She was very kind on the phone but I was floored when she said $90 to notarize 3 signatures because of the type of document. A notary is to notarize a signature not examine a document. It should be the same cost no matter the document. We called around and found UPS notarizes for $10 a signature. And yes in have used a mobile notary in the past and they charged $20 for the first signature and $10 for the others. And that was with further distance on a Sunday Felt this price was steep.

Loved working with Nakia, she made our experience very personable and very fun. Including our little ones in our closing process made it very memorable and meaningful. We highly recommend her notary services.

My experience was amazing! We scheduled a time for us to meet on a Saturday at my home and she arrived on time. She is very easy to talk to. I’m very happy she was my notary and that I had the pleasure to meet her. Thank you for all your help!
