Nicolo's Chicago Style Pizza

Best Chicago deep dish I've had outside Chicago. Got The Carnivore for carry out and nearly wore myself out hauling the hefty thing to the car. Great mix of sauce, toppings, and crust. We will be back.

Came here for my bf’s birthday. It was nice and quiet for a conversation, there were at most four other tables filled when we were there. The pizza was quite filling, thought the flavor was kind of “eh” for me. Maybe I would have liked a different flavor more. The garlic bread was great.

Guess no one in this place has ever been to Chicago, so stop calling your food "chicago style". What a ridiculous interpretation of " Chicago style" deep dish. It's "sicilian style" at best. Triple cheese is crazy, light sauce and light meat is a crime. Just another sorry excuse for a pizza place in Colorado charging way too much. Just keep driving to the chain places.

Food: Regular cheese was delicious and very cheesy! Highly recommend. Wish there was a little more crust and salt/seasoning. Service: Server was sweet and friendly Atmosphere: No wait: It had a comfortable booth and spacious.

When I was growing up in Castle Rock, my family would always have Nicolo's pizza on Friday. When I moved away and visited, it was a must. Now I have moved to Highlands Ranch and it's 2 blocks away. I cannot tell you how excited I was when I realized. I have ordered a couple of times and the pizza is the same. The same pizza that I have loved since I was a kid. It will always be my favorite.
