This place is overpriced and the billing practices felt very questionable. They’re trying to charge 10% for every dollar spent when you pay with a card — not just credit cards, but any card — and it wasn’t clearly explained. On top of that, the receipt didn’t properly break down the charges or taxes, just a total with extra added on. If you’re going to add fees, at least be transparent about it. The service was also pretty rude when we asked about it, which didn’t help the situation. I stopped in hoping it would still be like it was back in the day, but the food was only subpar at best and definitely not worth the price.

Great food. Huge portions. The woman we had was kind of rude, but I give passes because Im sure she had plenty of rude customers before us. Casual place to grab and go. We had leftovers for next day.

Was visiting from out of town when I found this awesome spot. Was in and out in under 10 minutes, the staff was very helpfull. Ordered a Gyro with fries (added feta and lettuce for a small extra charge). Best part is they have RC cola on tap! Been decades since I have seen that....they also had other menu items that looked enticing, will definitely be back next time I am in Chicago!
