I wish I could give it more stars!! Wonderful atmosphere with a gorgeous view, and superb service. The Fish and Chips were to die for the homemade tartar sauce amazing. The BBQ ribs literally fell off the bone. Dessert... oh my god, the deep fried twinkie!!! The staff was so friendly and attentive from start to finish and we were made to feel like family! We will definitely be back!!!!

was in the neighborhood and wanted to grab a burger and fish & chips, came with my wife for the first time. walked in and was quickly brought to a table. we were excited to try out the food, and wanted to order the fish and chips and the quad bypass burger. so we waited. and waited. both my wife and i tried to flag down a waitress, but they just smiled at us.. and walked away? after 20 minutes of sitting and feeling a little helpless, we started looking up other restaurants around. Only then did a waitress come up and start taking our order. Her reasoning was it was right at shift change, and no one was assigned to take our order. That said, the people that came in behind us had already received their food by the time the waitress spoke to us. It was a disappointing initial experience

Horrible customer service. Arrived at 208pm. Stood there for 10+ mins. I'm a reasonable person, any sort of acknowledgement would have sufficed, "hello, we'll be right with you". Nothing. Cold glares instead. As if myself and 2 teen boys were invisible. We turned around to leave and then a waitress came, no apology or even a greeting, a simple "just 3?" And sat us at a table of her choice. Didn't bother asking our preference. She placed the menus on the table and no one ever came back to offer us water or bother taking our order. We walked out after another 10 minutes of nothing. Meanwhile, other ppl around us are being served and accommodated with smiles. One thing to treat ME this way, but you WILL NOT treat my kids this way. Be better. Never coming here again.

AMAZING! The fish sandwich, the big bad boy, charbroiled prawns and baked potatoes were soooooo delicious. The tartar sauce was insane, everything was so good. The service was amazing!!!
