Nick Charlaps Ice Cream, Inc/Sweets on the Hill

I asked for 2 banana splits to go. Took forever cause they first didnt make them to go and then when they did they exploded one and had to remake it. I live 2 minutes down the road and this is what they looked like when I got home. One was supposed to have juat choclate ice cream and no pineapple. I got 1 strawberry and no hot fudge. Tried to call no answer.

Custard tasted like regular ice cream. But please stay away from the chocolates. They taste like they're made with that cheap palmer chocolate you buy at the $ store.

Not enough staff. Do NOT order the Cannoli flavor, it tastes very off and as if it has almonds or something in it. Nothing like any Cannoli I or anyone has ever tasted. Do order the chocolate marshmallow and the whip cream/hot fudge toppings are very nice

I only go here 1 to 3 times a year, but only when Kone King is closed for the season. The prices are okay. The food is 8/10. Usually minimal wait. Dining area is a little crappy - chairs are uncomfortable and all the tables are too close together. Lately the staff interactions have been worse. My favorite is the dead-eyed, scowling, grunting lady who served us the last two visits. So pleasant. I dont understand why half the store is over priced chocolates, but I never see anyone buying them....?

Had a unique situation whereby I needed a box of Valentine's chocolate AND a card. Was unable to get there due to recent injury so i called NICK's. Spoke with Stephanie who helped me select candy & a card as well, took my credit card order via phone & arranged to have it ready for a neighbor to pick up!! That is stellar customer service!!
