Nia’s Soul and Seafood

I divided up the 20 shrimp between my mother and I. She started eating and said they’re super greasy and taste burnt they need to change the oil. I used a paper towel soaked up some of the grease, pealed the coating off and ate them after a day of shopping I we were hungry and paid too much to Uber Eats not to eat them.

I was met with great customer service I got spicy honey jerk shrimp the shrimp where AMAZING seasoned perfectly and very crispy the sauce was amazing as well I’m on my way to get some more right now!!!

I never received my food. I placed on order for two snow crab platters and two dozen shrimp on doordash. Two drivers left because the order took so long. Waited two hours and the last driver was still told it would be an additional 30 minutes. I called multiple times to get an update and the phone just gives a busy signal. The drivers indicated to me the male in the restaurant was very rude, and people were turning away because of it. I eventually canceled my order because it's now after 10 pm and I'm too tired to eat. It's a Thursday and I have work in the morning. Definitely need a better turn around time. It should not take this long for snow crab platters. I wanted to give them some play. Won't waste my time again.

I seen them advertised on tic tock the fried shrimp look so delicious it made my mouth water. I got my self ready on a Sunday which they are open and ran to grab some dollar fried butterflied shrimp which have been fried to perfection. Plus I added some mussels these where nice size too not no baby size they hooked me and potatoes seasoned so good and lemonade everything was delicious I will be back thanks for providing not just a place to grab some food but the ambiance was amazing clean the staff was polite and kind. I will be back !!!!!

The food is good but the customer service sucks. I ordered honey Chipotle shrimp 20. No sauce was on my shrimp so I call to let him know and he tells me because we didn't have any more honey Chipotle. He said it nasty. Shouldn't u tell the customer your out of the sauce they ordered instead of just giving me what u want. I'm done
