Next Bistro

I came here for dinner with a friend and ended up having a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a refined and elegant feel, and the food was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. It exceeded my expectations and made for a very enjoyable evening.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner last night. Maude is such a terrific server/Manager. She is very attentive • remembers returning guests • keeps the dining room running smoothly when it’s busy The food was terrific. The wine is on the expensive side but it is high quality. My wife would prefer a less expensive Sauvignon Blanc but the one she had from CA was very good. I had 2 cocktails. 1st a “perfect” Manhattan that I would say was weak. I don’t know if it is because the bourbon was too low grade or the flavor was off. My suggestion is to add more bitters. I had the same drink next door @Thai Bistro the prior week that was significantly better. I switched to espresso Martina and that was very good. This location worked with our family to have a group meal after our mother's passing. They let us use the dining room before their regular dining hours. The food was excellent. As was the service. Maude went above and beyond to facilitate this special time for us.Top notch all-around. Highly recommend this establishment.

Next is a perfect place to celebrate a special night. Felt adventurous and tried the scallops appetizer and the crispy duck. Both were delicious and very well prepared. The restaurant is larger than it appears from the outside, but it is still a mid-size place. We definitely recommend reservations because it is a local favorite, so you may have a longer wait than you might expect. The interior is bustling, yet it is easy to have individual conversations. One of our favorite local spots in the Colleyville area!

As always our dining experience was over the top!! We had the most delicious meals … Mango shrimp sandwich and Seafood crepes. We finished with Whiskey cake with walnuts and whiskey sauce along with 2 scoops of homemade vanilla bean ice cream… we split them. Unbelievable flavors, portions, and presentations!! If you go … ask for waiter Alex … “Alexander the Great”!! He was DELIGHTFUL, knowledgeable, and so on top of everything we needed and requested! Loved his personality!! One of our favorite “date day” outings for sure!!
