NewDa Noodles 牛大（兰州牛肉面）

I stopped in at this restaurant for dinner. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked into the restaurant and was greeted. I was sat at a booth. Altair was my server and he was nice! I ordered: - Rose Tea - Lamb Burger - Tomato Beef Noodle Soup w/ Thick Noodles - Big Plate Chicken with Wide Noodles My favorite dish was the big plate chicken with Wide Noodles! This was a good restaurant all in all!

Tried the Three-in-One Youpo Noodles and they were super authentic — really flavorful, with that classic chili oil aroma, and the noodles had a great chewy texture. Portion size was solid too. The lamb burger was my favorite. The lamb was juicy and well-seasoned, and the bread was crispy outside but soft inside. Would definitely come back just for that.

This was so good!!!! The food was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. Our favorite dish was the xi'an pork burger and the sizzling noodle. Definitely will be coming back :) also the service was great! we were a party of 8 and they were very accommodating and kind, everything was very affordable as well.

The noodles at Newda Restaurant are very authentic and absolutely delicious. The texture of the noodles is perfect, and the broth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy. You can really tell the care that goes into the cooking — it tastes just like traditional Chinese noodle dishes. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for real, well-made noodles.

We drove an hour and a half just to try the food here – totally worth it. The beef noodle soup is hands-down the best on the East Coast. 5 stars for both the food and the service!
