Ordered the spicy turkey banh mi, it was excellent. Newbold cafe is spotless clean & the staff is very polite.
The sandwiches are top tier. This is my new favorite neighborhood gem! The hoagies are stuffed full and the bread is perfectly chewy. Plan for takeout, not dine in. There are limited vegetarian options, so I'd love to see more (like a tofu bahn mi maybe!)
Really good sandwiches! Went here for the first time on a random Thursday for lunch, and pleasantly surprised at how delicious these are. Prices are good too - just under $10 per person.
First time trying this place and it was so good! I got the pesto salmon sandwich and my roommate got the spicy Italian. Both were excellent. The two ladies that were there were super nice and the restaurant is really clean is well. Food was out quickly, I will definitely be coming back again.
No frills place but damn the roast beef Banh mi was to die for. Get the Banh mi! The veggie Mediterranean was not as good, so unless you have dietary restrictions just go for the Banh mi and you will not regret it. The ladies running the place were soooo nice! Gave us chips with our sandwiches and the Thai iced tea was so delicious!
