Well kept grounds, NYHCA kept this good looking.
Horrible MAINTENANCE who doesn't know this especially if you live here. No STOVE for 9 months something isn't right with this. Rats in the apartments taking over like they pay the rent.
I don't live there i work there as a plumber. I can't say anything about the living conditions but the work conditions are better then most housing projects.
Dirty house there is a lot of water On the floor, especially when it rains. Elevators often do not work.
They say apt available wen u call there's none ..very poor action specially wen ppl are in need.
