I went here on Thanksgiving day and it was open 10 AM - 9 PM. I went around 5 PM and it was pretty busy. It got less busy when we were done around 6 PM. We got scallion pancakes, spareribs in black bean sauce, braised pig's hock in red bean curd paste, shrimp rice roll, salted egg yoke lava sesame balls, lotus paste buns, the salty lean pork and preserved egg congee, half a roasted duck, the dimsum platter for two. It cost around $102 before tax. The best dish was the spareribs in black bean sauce. It was delicious. The seasoning and flavor was good, especially when hot, and the dish remained at a decent temperature the entire time. The braised pig's hock in red bean curd paste was not the way I usually like it. It was tougher to eat. The rest were all good. Definitely good roasted duck a

Best dimsum ever. Arrive early or at non-peak times to get a table. Windsor gets really busy. Love the choices of tea, puer or chrysanthemum. The rice rolls are the perfect texture, flavors clean, dimsum seasoned well! Attentive service and 3 kinds of hot sauce on the table. Whenever I’m visiting Boston, this place is a must!

We came at a very busy time but got seating at the bar. I haven’t been to a ton of dimsum spots but this is probably my favorite so far based on taste, quality, and number of options. Would go more often if we lived a lot closer.

I had a very disappointing first experience at New Windsor Dim Sum. I was dining solo, and despite that, they were out of a large number of items, which significantly limited what I could order and forced me to settle rather than choose intentionally. For an established dim sum restaurant, that alone is a problem. What I did receive was mediocre at best. Dumplings were bland, textures inconsistent, and nothing stood out as particularly well executed. Even the tea, which should be a basic strength at any Chinese restaurant, was a disappointment—hot water with a paucity of tea leaves. This place has been around for years, so I expected at least baseline competence. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard, and I would not go out of my way to return. If you do go, keep in mind

Dim sum was ok. Pieces where bigger than I cared for. The plastic chop sticks didn't help. The rice wraps are too thick and doesn't give the refined taste they should be giving. The roast duck was also average. Service was as expected: they've accommodated for extra sauce and boxed up the roast duck to-go as requested. Atmosphere: lots of locals and Chinese speaking patrons. As most Chinese places, its lively and fairly loud. Nothing extravagant to speak of.
