New Orleans Bay Seafood

I reported this establishment to the Georgia Department of Health. They do not have any type of food score displayed. The paper that was displayed around the establishment was old and outdated.. We as the people spend good money in Clayton County. We need to make sure the establishment is clean and safe to eat there. I will add my Photos below.

NEVER AGAIN! I placed my order at exactly 8:30 pm. I had been standing in line for literally 20 minutes at that point. Ok, whatever. Told the cashier (older Asian lady) exactly what I wanted and she read it back to me. I paid. No problem. I FINALLY get my food at 9:30 PM (30 minutes after store closure) and the sausages are missing from the boil. I explained that my sausages were missing when she flashed my food at me really quickly. She looked at me with a straight face and said “you did not order sausages!” I said “I did order sausages. You repeated my order back to me.” So instead of her acknowledging her mistake and offering to fix it, she kept trying to go back and forth until I finally cut her off and told her to “just give me a bag and my food.” She didn’t even offer an apology for

3/10/2025!!!!! I am digusted and absolutely cannot BELIEVE THIS CREATURE was in MY FOOD!! As I was finishing my meal, I noticed a huge BUG in the left corner of my tray. I immediately alerted the staff, and the very first thing the GIRL asked was whether I had already eaten most of it—she claimed that because I had, they could only refund half of my money. (2pounds of crawfish) I TOLD HER SHE WAS DEFINITELY GIVING ME A full refund, I also told her that I would never knowingly consume contaminated food! When I went to pick up my refund, I wasn’t offered even a SINGLE apology.ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. I strongly advise against eating here. NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m definitely reporting this to the higher up!

The jumbo shrimp is really good and you can use EBT for most items here but not crawfish. I give this place an overall 8/10. I will be coming back!

OMG, the food here is delicious! I am from Chicago for a funeral and I had to get up in the morning and come back for this catfish and shrimp dinner! While I was waiting yesterday; people told me that they drove 20 to 30 miles for the food! The price is so economical, unlike Chicago! If I ever come back to Georgia, your restaurant will be the 1st place I stop!
