New Mill Restaurant

Went to dinner for a birthday party, with four people total, around 5PM, the service and atmosphere are great when you first arrive. Ordered the Pork Dumpling appetizer and the 8oz Filet. The PDs were excellent, they had a vermont maple syrup sauce that's still on my mind. The steak was cooked perfectly, melts in your mouth with a hint of red wine, best steak I've had in a while. Everything came quickly and was ready to eat, perfect temperature. The waitress was kind, had a good sense of humor and was quick on her feet. We also were seated next to the fireplace in the back which was awesome, adding some more atmosphere and heat to the indoor temp, which is almost perfect after you've been seated and start to get comfortable. 10/10 - Would highly recommend and for sure go again.

My wife and I are always excited to try new places. All around this place is great, but you never get a second chance on a first impression. I had a veal chop, and I asked for it to be cooked well done. It’s came out still mooing. It’s such a disruption when your food comes out wrong because everyone else is eating at the table and you’re still waiting for them to correct your meal. Now everyone’s waiting for you to finish your meal because you got your 10 minutes after everybody else. Other than that, the company that I had with me said they love their meals. Better luck next time new mill restaurant.

Everything about New Mill was great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The restaurant was beautiful and gave great vibes. The food was DELICIOUS. We ordered the bacon wrapped scallops which just melt in your mouth. Incredible. My husband ordered the maple glazed pork chop. Im not usually a fan of pork because its never tender enough, but this one was super tender and delicious. I ordered the crab stuffed cod and it was fantastic. For dessert we got the chocolate mousse and we highly recommend it. Yum! And for the price you get the perfect amount of food.

This place is a staple for great food and great service. The manager Dave and his staff are excellent. Food is great. The atmosphere is even better. You will never be disappointed here!
