Customer Reviews
Kit — this review is specifically about your customer service and lack of accountability. I want to start by saying New Day Bakery is a beautiful establishment. The food is consistently delicious, the space is clean and inviting, and I genuinely love supporting small businesses like this one. That is the reason I am still giving five stars. However, the way Kit treated my family during our recent visit was extremely rude and unacceptable. On a Saturday visit, I brought my family — first-time customers — because I was excited to share a place I truly enjoy. We waited in line about 10 minutes, which was completely reasonable. When my mom politely asked if she could add an egg to her ham and cheese croissant, Kit responded with, “Have you seen our croissants?” The tone was dismissive and s
🥐 Great small town vibe with in-house baked goods $3-4 (ask for them warmed up) & hot breakfast $5-12. Outdoor patio & indoor bench & booth seating. ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible. Coffee is just okay. Their cold brew is better.
Pretty good breakfast food. Huevos rancheros needs a little work, but the biscuits were flaky and crunchy, how biscuits should be. Staff was friendly, vibe here was great. Nice outdoor patio. Star of the show however was the cinnamon roll. Their baked goods look amazing and I will definitely be back in the near future to try some more items.
had the biscuits and mushroom gravy, gotta say the biscuits were on point. huevos rancheros were not very authentic but still good. beans have very little flavor. cute little cafe with baked goods, will be coming back to try those. decently priced, not too busy at breakfast time. plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
I stop on Valentine's Day around 2:20 pm after a Duck game to grab a couple goodies. The case is empty and everything is bagged up in 2 or 3 pastries. I asked a guy behind the counter "are there bear claws in there" and are they going on sale. He says yea but, not on discount table yet. I ask cashier are those all the bearclaws? Yes- can I get a bag then- Id like one- she goes sure charges me $3. 50 - tells a girl to take one out of the bag. I ask well how long till they are on sale? Like 2 minutes? Maybe Ill wait. She says well the pricing gun is out of tape and we gotta put it on the table- so maximize the profits, screw the customer! Pastry not fresh and hard ! Screw you New Day! Never going back!
