New China

I’ve been going to this one location for years and sometimes I get shorted something but most of the time it’s fine. But this time I have to say enough when I get something that I can’t even eat. I got the steamed dumplings and they looked like they had been sitting out for quite a while. They were room temperature when I got them. They were not fresh at all. Just to be clear, this is the location in Midwest city.

I ordered orange chicken with fried rice. After picking my order up and getting home, I found out that it was some sort of beef and broccoli and noodles. I called the restaurant and they said to bring it back. I drove 15 minutes back and when I got there, they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already left the restaurant even though I had my receipt showing that it was supposed to be orange chicken the child at the counter said that I must have switched it out at home because they were incapable of making mistakes. I would also like to know that none of the staff were wearing hair, nets or gloves, and I watched a guy handle raw meat, then touched cooked food without washing his hands.

I was Surprise of receiving a drop soup order. The coloring of the soup was dark orange instead of light yellow so I was kind of iffy about it. the taste is different. Wasnt the same color what's advertised in the picture on the doordash menu.and only giving me one bag of the crispy crunchy strips for 2 large egg drop soup.the soup gave me the shits the next day

Every mouthful was delicious. Unequivocally, the best Chinese food takeout in the Midwest area. I dined on Egg Drop soup, egg rolls, Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice.

Very rude, very unprofessional. lady at the front had an attitude with me for no reason because I was trying to order boneless spare ribs she said they didn’t have that but did. I just called it short ribs and instead of her saying you mean spare ribs she just said we don’t have that. I seen a menu behind her and said oh sorry the boneless spare ribs. she still had this attitude about her self so that made me not want to order from this place or spend my money here. because we the people are what keep this places in business and they need to understand that so yeah I want be back
