New China Buffet

Honestly I hadn't been here in a few years till a couple a days ago. First the obvious, there are many options from sea food, sushi bar, sweets, fresh fruits and traditional China buffets favorites. The staff had things fully stocked which was pleasantly surprising for the lunch rush. Now the food, well I am reviewing it based on what use to be. It isn't the same, it use to have a current taste. For example the white rice, yes I am choosing the simplest dish served because it will set the tone for the rest of the dishes. The rice use to have a slight bite to it with a hint of sesame oil and body to it when you scooped it out which is typical for good asian establishments. Standard Chinese buffet. I will add some bullets on some things that standout. Hibachi grill - they'll cook up for you nice and fresh. The desert section really looks like snacks from the grocery store. There were zebra cakes and fig newtons. The coke zero dispenser at the drink fountain spits water on you. I didn't try the buffet. I did try what I thought was cheesecake. Did not taste like cheesecake. Tasted like paper.

Went to try based on mixed reviews. Good food, clean, big selection, hibachi and even whole crabs on the lunch buffet! Went on a Monday when they opened at 11 and a Buffett with drink cost me total of $11.34

Just your typical Chinese buffet if you're very hungry the food tastes great if you're not very hungry the food is ok.

The buffet had a good selection, but taste didn't stand out, and the price is high compared to other buffets. The waitress was not attentive and didn't come around.
