New Carlisle Public Library

This library has everything and more to offer! Since the sadness of Mrs. Maggie leaving, the library has grown especially in the children's department. Mrs Jeri, and since left Mrs. Chlöe have formed "TAG" or the Teen Advisory Group, which focuses on helping you and your child's time at the Library wonderful! Heading on to the adult section, Hannah and Tillee (I can't spell lol) will give you a great experience in your classes and programs you take! They offer study rooms, free computer use, and a genealogy room to release your wonders of New Carlisle history! I go here almost every day, and I can assure you, that all the librarians are welcoming, and will treat everyone as an adult! - Dylan Dupuis

This is an excellent library with the friendliest staff who work hard to bring all ages of people many opportunities to enrich their lives. We love this place!

Fabulous small town library with tons of programs and services. We've been going there since we moved here 17 years ago and all my kids grew up doing storytime and summer reading. I always recommend it to young mothers I meet. You can not beat the importance of a good local library.

I have spent a lot of time here since moving back and I must say that the staff is excellent. They're kind, very knowledgeable, helpful in every area, and the children's section is awesome! They offer new classes every month and aarp volunteers do taxes at no charge.

Outstanding services provided; check out books, magazines, movies and music. Even a telescope! Make copies and have documents faxed. Also a Notary is available select times during weekdays. Craft classes are available for both adults and children. Specialty classes also include Quilting, Dulcimer lessons, Spanish language and sign language. This is the places for singles and families!
