Neversink General Store

I ordered the chili on Sunday and found a bay leaf in my bowl ! Somebody actually cooked this chili from scratch -- it was not Hormel out of the can -- and the cook is pretty good too. I've been to a few events they catered where the food was fresh and yummy too. You should mention somewhere on the website that although the gas station is open until 8 pm, the kitchen closes earlier. There's cold food in the deli case but no hot food.

My wife and I and my Mother in-law have been regulars here since the store opened and we really enjoy the food here. For the first time my wife and I tried the peach pie even though we're both diabettics and the peaches were very sour and we got a formented taste when we ate it. The crust also wasn't baked on the bottom. Maybe some how you guys can make sugar free desserts by adding Splenda to the diabetes desserts. There was another time we tried the Mac and cheese but by the time we got it home to eat it we found out that there was absolutely no cheese in it. Recently we just tried the potato salad and we thought there were too many onions in it and were very surrprised to find egg in the salad when on the label it says Potato Salad so It should of been labeled as it was made as a

Absolutely incredible spot. Some of the best food we've ever had. We are getting our wedding catered from here and we're so relieved that such an important part of the wedding is in great hands. Mark and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They are clearly passionate about what they do, and it is reflected in the creativity and deliciousness of the food they offer. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Extremely satisfying comfort food from a hot meal to a pizza to breakfast and everything inbetween! Also has a great bbq food! Its a fully equipped deli and gas station that also sells non ethanol gas! And a great beer selection too!

It's not bad when my order is right. They should have the call in orders placed in a bag when ready. I should've checked my bag but forgot to include my fries and forgot to add bacon to my and other family members sandwiches on multiple occasions. The food isn't cheap so I'd like to get everything I order when I do come. The store is nice though they have a lot of beverages and snacks to choose from
