Somewhat bad experience. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman. He asked what brought me in, and I explained exactly what I wanted. He grabbed the iPad and asked for my name. At that point, another woman told him to go back to coffee samples and took the iPad from him. She did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I assumed she would come speak with me next, but instead she went to the people behind me and asked what they needed. I spoke up and said I was actually first. She replied, “I already got you,” and continued talking to the couple. It would have gone a long way if she had acknowledged me and let me know she had my order after taking the iPad. I love the Atlanta boutique! The employees here are always so kind and personable. They really go above and beyond for their clients and it always makes my day. I had some issues with a lost shipment and Catherine took her time to speak with customer service and I left with my order as planned. I really appreciate this especially with it being holiday season. If I could give 10 stars I would!
