You will love this place if you are a hunger looking for real soft icecream in ABQ! The quality of icecream itself is really awesome, not too fatty but real soft and dense, the tayaki (bread) is also supergood! Red bean is also fantastic. I am looking forward to seeing their special snak soon from here!

Their Soft serve ice cream were very good. We had the Chocolate Soft serve, red bean with matcha, toasted coconut, mochi & a Pandan Soft serve, red bean, tajin, and chamoy.

Neko Neko is an absolute gem for soft serve lovers. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, making the whole experience feel warm and relaxed. The service is quick but never rushed, and they’re great at answering questions or offering recommendations. The ice cream itself is outstanding—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. You can really taste the quality in every bite, and the texture is exactly what great soft serve should be: light, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience. If you’re looking for top-notch soft serve with excellent service, Neko Neko is definitely worth a visit. On the pricier side for ice cream, comes out to around $7-8 per person. Delicious flavors and toppings as well as quick service. We tried vanilla and Ube.

The tayaki cups are perfect in warm weather! I really love the ubbe flavored ice cream. There are so many different combos you can make!
