Ned's Southside Kitchen

We'd been talking about trying Ned's for days and finally did. They have a huge menu with lots of options. We chose the appetizer special: fried green tomatoes. They have balsamic glaze with goat cheese. I recommend getting that on the side. It was delicious (we also got a side of ranch with them). My husband had shrimp and grits. The tasso ham in the sauce kicked up the flavor, and the shrimp was plentiful. I had the beef stroganoff (another special) it was simple and delicious. Our server was Tony, and his service was on point! We were so impressed with his attentiveness and suggestions. We also loved the local photography on the walls (lions Firm and Faithful). We've added Ned's to our regular rotation!

If you’re heading to St. Augustine, don’t miss this absolutely perfect lunch spot off the roadside. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly service, a diverse menu, and delicious, hot, fresh food. I can’t speak highly enough about the salmon and crab dish. I ate every bite and then looked for more the moment I was finished. I’ll happily come back again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Special of the day: Red drum Rockefeller... really good. Everyday dinner special: Seafood Fra Diavolo..also good. But....the best was the peanut butter pie! (Homemade) Oh my gosh😋 This place is now a "go to" when we visit St. Augustine!

First time visiting for my bday weekend and went here for dinner 🙌🏼❣️ THE BEST! Delicious and super fast service. Loved it. Will visit again.

Just Wow !! I have never encountered a restaurant with such a wide variation in food and it's ALL fantastic and priced right. I had the flounder and my wife had the shrimp. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous. Servings are huge. Service is the best. Can't wait to come back and see Milo.
