I’d like to share an honest experience. I truly enjoy the food here—it’s healthy, flavorful, and usually satisfying. I even took the time to reach out to the company after discovering a bug in the iOS app that prevented customers from adding cards or payment methods. The company responded promptly and kindly offered a reward for reporting the issue, which I appreciated. However, after that experience, I began noticing a larger issue: inconsistency. On more than one occasion, items I paid for were missing from my pickup order. Unfortunately, it happened again today. I had to walk back into the establishment to request the missing food, which was frustrating in itself. What made the situation worse was the uncomfortable interaction with one of the employees—I felt as though I was being look
Paid $17.15 for my meal, and the portion size was surprisingly small for that price. The food itself was decent, but nothing that stood out for the cost. For a quick lunch spot, I expected better value and more generous servings. The presentation was nice, but overall it didn’t feel worth what I paid. Probably wouldn’t come back unless they improve the portion-to-price ratio.
I was just walking by and saw that they were giving out free samples in bags — turns out they were bowls. I decided to grab one too. First of all, it was such a nice surprise that they were handing them out for free. Second, the people working there were really friendly. And third, the food was delicious and seemed quite healthy since it was well-balanced. A great option for lunch! They open up to the public October 29th
I just stopped into NAYA for their grand opening and once again the hit it out of the park. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious and there was a line down the block! I live in the neighborhood so will for sure be back!
Tasty food. My bowl had a lot of sauce this time. Would definitely return. I usually get half chicken and half lamb at no extra cost.
