I'm going to say that this is definitely a fcfs. I arrived at 6:47 a.m. and asked if it was okay for drivers to check in. The employee standing outside was respectful, courteous and very polite. He advised me to check in at 7:05 because they do have a brief meeting. I docked at 7:47 and my appointment is at 8:30. But I will say that there's one other driver here and he's docked as well and we're both being loaded. There's no real space for overnight parking because there's not much space to maneuver. Experienced drivers won't have a problem but a newbie, it'll take a minute. By the way, the guy at the check in window was very polite and courteous. Free fig bars was at the door. I definitely helped myself 🤗 I have no complaints ❤️

Lady in the office was nice. Been here for 3 hrs getting loaded. Not a lot of room for backing.

This place is really mess Who ever post negative reviews its true. This place not even worth it -1 star Good luck coming here and make sure you come here ready to sit in your truck whole day and waist your whole day. People really disrespectful here… My pick up appointment was 10am and out 7:30pm… Even security closed gate AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Apparently being here at your appointment time isn't praised. Delivery isn't for delivery and shipping isn't for shipping. We got here for a delivery, but the guy in delivery sent is over to shipping, why? No idea, more than likely didn't want t do his job. Went over to shipping and the black girl was very dismissive, the manager walked away, noone wanted to actually do their job. The driver isn't suppose to break the seal or load will be rejected. The little black girl was very nasty and rude so my husband gave it right back to her. The manager came out hostile as well, my husband already frustrated and not knowing the load was 5 months late (not our problem or fault, that the broker not us)because we just picked this load up a day ago and got it here in record time from Arizona. Terrible Pickup Experience – Avoid If You Can One of the worst places to pick up from. Appointment times mean nothing here – it’s first come, first serve, and you’ll be stuck for hours. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes just in line, then another 2 hours to get loaded. No updates, no staff checking on you – you’re completely unattended the whole time. There are no washrooms for drivers, and not enough space to back in safely. To make things worse, shipping is all the way at the back of the building. As soon as you enter the driveway, keep going around the building with the fence on your left. But good luck figuring that out – there are no clear signs for shipping or receiving. This place clearly doesn’t value drivers’ time. A total waste of time – avoid if possible.
