Rick at the Hyannis Massachusetts class on Jan. 3, 2026 was an excellent instructor. Very thorough throughout the whole course. I think that everyone that gets behind a wheel should take this class. I DIDNT want to be there, but Im glad I was. I hope everyone there had a learning experience. I will never stop learning. Not only did the course teach me about driving better, but importance in life. Very enlightening. ANYBODY that paid any attention should think the same.

I had butterflies in my stomach like the first time I was a freshman in Boston Technical High School. Fortunately, I had the splendid Madame Janice as my instructor 👩‍🏫 to show us the courteous way to drive safely. To be responsible, respectful, reflect, reframe, and refocus. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh! Shiver me timbers!!!

I spent 5+ hours on the phone with the NSC and the RMVs in CT and MA prior to my class, when they assured me that my attendance would be recorded in both states, which did not happen. I haven’t had a license in over a month now because this company is simply incompetent. Take the course elsewhere.

Last year I had a problem because we found in our garage a big root tree that came from the tree is in side walk (part of the City ) Calling City Hall it was wasting time and I realized better calling O'Malley office . I did it and I got help right way from Jessica Morris . We got Tree removed between three month . I will like to thank them for everything ..

Had to take this class last year it wasn't bad got a 89 on the test now I have to go back again soon and don't know if I'll pass this time. But the teacher John was excellent at what he do hope to get him again
