First time there and I loved it. I had great service. They were very patient and knowledgeable on all the items. Offered to make anything they didn't have since they had an very busy morning, , handled the rush smoothly as well.

The crew at Nathalie's are always so wonderful. My daughter asked for spider donuts for her birthday and they more than delivered!!

Roger and Steven make customer service look like second nature, they’re always giving 110%! They’re even open on holidays! i have so many good things to say about this place!! first of all, the donuts are Amazing i can’t choose a favorite !! the place was so cute & cozy with a lot of seating as well, with a super friendly staff!!! will be coming back here all the time!!!
