Napoli's Pizza

So it was my first time ordering online. My sister loves their sausage and onion combo pizza. I pull up to the drive thru gave my name and the guy working the window said " this was a timed order for 2pm and I said " yeah" and he said it is only 1pm. I was off an hour but he graciously said " no problem I can make it for you right now no problem". I consider that Great customer service! So a shout out to WILL....thank you very much. That is rare now days. This was at the Vienna location. Thanks again Will

Literally hit or miss with this place. Tonight onion rings are burnt. Bread often soggy on Baby Nap. Pizza or spaghetti is a 50/50 bet. Salads always bad! I think Napolis lost a good customer tonight. Tired of not being able to chew the burnt onion rings. Aftervlierslly 55 years Im done.

Very yummy quality pizza. First time ordering from them and i was a little disappointed in the size of a large(compares to a dominoes medium) but definitely not unhappy with the taste. Macncheese bites were very good as well. Delivered fast and hot too.

The food was delicious. I split a steak and cheese with my dad as we went in. It was late at night, so there was only one cook left, but he was super kind and genuine and made us feel welcome as he made us our food. It was truly, a beautiful experience, delicious magnificent would definitely go again
