Absolutely fantastic. From the authenticity of the atmosphere to the menu, this is the closest to Italian Food in North Texas. Authentic, Affordable, and Excellent Service! We ordered several dishes to share. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real Italian food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Here’s a little secret about Napoli’s. They actually care about their customers. If you want something slightly different, a sauce swap, penne instead of spaghetti, a small tweak that makes sense, they accommodate without hesitation. No attitude. No eye-rolling. That already puts them ahead of most places. I ordered the Seafood Combo, which normally comes with garlic marinara. I noticed they also have lobster ravioli with a lobster cream sauce, so naturally I asked if the seafood combo could be done in that sauce instead. No big deal at all. It was outstanding. Rich, balanced, and indulgent without being heavy. If they ever revamp the menu, that exact preparation deserves a permanent spot because it is genuinely bombastic. Napoli’s is not flashy. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and delicious food at a good price. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, came with salad and nice warm bread with dipping sauce. I will go back next time I'm in town.

Great staff very friendly. To be honest, the food was kind of bland. The garlic rolls didn’t have a hint of garlic on them but the bread was great. The chicken parm was a large serving and had good quality cheese. The tiramisu didn’t have any flavor at all, it was drizzled in chocolate syrup to try and give it life.
