Napoli's Italian Restaurant

Great experience here! I was visiting from Dallas, Texas for business. Myself and two coworkers decided to check this place out. Everything was great! The food was fresh and the service was prompt. We will definitely be back!

My son ordered the pasta combo and instead they brought him the pasta sampler. He let the waitress know that he did not get his Alfredo with his meal and she goes to get it while he’s eating the rest of his food with the rest of us and she comes back and says her manager wants his plate instead of just bringing him the Alfredo so that he could keep eating his food. The waitress took my son‘s plate. He was upset and told them to keep it since they didn’t want him to eat. My Parmesan chicken was so tough I could not eat it. This was supposed to be for my 65th birthday. The only thing that was good was the bread and if you asked for extra dipping sauce, the little bitty 2 tablespoons full that cost you an extra three dollars. This was a terrible experience. I had lunch at Napoli's Italian Restaurant in Rogers. Everything was very good and the portion was generous. The service really stood out - fast, friendly, and very attentive, and the waiter was specially polite. Overall a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

Food was good. Service was friendly and fast. We were seated quickly with no wait at all. I gave it 4 stars because the prices are a bit steep for what we are used to.

Everything was fantastic until right at the end. About to box up my daughter's spaghetti when a long black hair was pulled out and entwined in her spaghetti. Waitress had long black hair, my daughter has short red hair. We showed to waitress and her response was, HUH, that's weird, it's all men back there. PLUS, we were still made to pay for it. Won't be back. Everything was really good too BUT finding a hair in your food is totally unacceptable and then paying $124.57 for this. Unacceptable! Management, do better....
