Napoli's Italian Restaurant

I recently ordered the half tray of chicken fettuccine Alfredo from Napoli’s in Lumberton, and it completely exceeded expectations. The portion size was huge—easily enough to feed a group—with plenty of perfectly cooked pasta, creamy Alfredo sauce, and generous pieces of chicken. It also came with a fresh salad, lots of bread, and even plates and silverware included, which made serving incredibly convenient. Everything tasted great and felt like a true family-style meal. For the amount and quality of food you get, this is an amazing value. Napoli’s definitely delivered on both portion and flavor. Highly recommend for catering or feeding a crowd! There's no reason to not order local!

I took my older parents and sister to eat lunch here. Our server was super nice and very attentive. The food was absolutely top-notch, incredibly good and enough to fill you up and have food left over for later. I absolutely cannot wait to go back different things from the menu! I've got my eye on that chicken parmesan! Do yourself a favor and eat here, it's a high point in Lumberton!

First, I would like to note that our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not on, and with outside temperatures close to 80°F, the dining area was uncomfortably warm, with no fans or noticeable airflow. The food quality was very poor. The chicken fettuccine noodles were extremely mushy, with a texture similar to food that had been frozen and then defrosted. The chicken itself was overcooked, dry, and lacking flavor, placed on top of the noodles rather than incorporated into the dish. Overall, it was barely seasoned. The service was excellent. Our waitress had a lot of ladies to serve. She did great. I had the fried calamari. I was good and so was the marinara sauce. I had a small ceaser salad. It didn't taste like a ceaser salad. It wasn't gross, though. I guess I was expecting a different flavor. A friend of mine got the lasagna. That was really good. A different waitress took our groups picture for us. That was nice of her. Thank you! I would like to go back and get a meal instead of just an appetizer. Once I do, I will update my review.

Lovely atmosphere with calming music to chat to. *The house salad was just sad and watery. And the bread had no flavor, just dry and like air. But I guess that's not too bad if they focus on the main courses perfection. *The food was exactly what we ordered and tasted delicious. *The server wasn't up to standards. -She wanted to take plates away that we literally had been eating from in front of her. -She kept hovering over me every time she brought anything to anyone at our table. To the point of bumping my head with dirty plates as I was already leaning back while she leaned over me. The whole area around us was empty.
