Napoli Sea is by far the best restaurant in Saint Charles! I had the pleasure of taking my favorite coworker here for her birthday tonight. We’re both servers at Prasino across the street. We close together every shift- so it was nice to be the ones being served this time. We stuck to my usual full-proof best Napoli Sea experience: an order of east coast oysters, a special appetizer if available (love when they have the bang bang shrimp) but calamari if no special apps, then an order of the risotto (made in a Parmesan wheel.. table side!!), plus an entree off the feature menu (tonight we went with the shrimp scampi!), and you cannot go to Napoli without having their espresso martinis (I’ll have two.. or three). Had a great evening here for a friend's birthday tonight. Our waiter did a splendid job of explaining things and paying the right amount of attention throughout our experience. My thoughts--> Drinks: 1. The smoked brown butter old fashion was delightful, though I didn't get any smokiness in the taste. Slightly sweet with a bourbon punch underneath. 2: The cowboy bepop was fantastic. Smokey and smooth. Like a good mezcal drink should be. I loved this. ¡Viva! Food (I'll just tell about mine, though I tried all the apps at the table): 1. The calamari fritti was very good. Soft with a little bit of crunch, no rubbery taste like you get some places. Come often. Really enjoy the Kaluga caviar and every single oyster offered here to start lol. Don’t be shy! Its so good & worth every penny in my opinion. Service is always prompt pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for fresh great meals and wonderful service!

Came here for a birthday dinner 🎉 and the appetizers were definitely the stars of the night. The oysters 🦪 were DELICIOUS!! Sadly, the main dishes didn’t quite match the price tag, and the sides were a letdown lumpy mashed potatoes and green beans that were way too firm and stringy. Cocktails 🍸 weren’t great either, though they did kindly take one off the bill. If you go, I’d stick to the appetizers. They are worth it but I can’t really recommend a specific cocktail, unfortunately.
