Naples Flatbread Kitchen & Bar

I just left Naples Flatbread and I was genuinely impressed. I was greeted with a warm smile behind the bar by Gabby. She has been here for five years, which, in the transient Florida restaurant market, immediately caught my attention. To me, that is always a sign of a place that takes care of its people. The rest of the staff also seemed genuinely happy to be there, something you do not see often. Trust me, I spend a lot of time in restaurants for work. As I always say, you only get one first impression, and both the hostess and Gabby nailed it. Gabby answered a few questions about the menu, which is very smartly put together. I asked if I was crazy for ordering a burger instead of a flatbread on my first visit. She jokingly pointed out that the name is Naples Flatbread, not Naples Burge

Nice meal while at the outlet mall! The pizza was solid, nothing special - but the frozen margarita was great! We had nice service. Live music on the patio was a nice touch.

The small bites menu and happy hour were great. Ashley S. was a fantastic server.

What an incredible experience. Service was quick, food was amazing, and the owner was on top of her staff making sure everything ran seamlessly. Will definitely be back. This is a gem in Southwest Florida. Gaby and Kyle were great behind the bar and John who was handling the kitchen, was amazing as well.

The reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because the servers and drinks were great. Unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing. The meat in the steak “panini” (which was just a heated up and folded pita) tasted spoiled, which was unfortunate. I thought the wings might help but the only good thing about them was the sauce, in this case it was Korean bbq but otherwise they had zero crisp and tasted like large defrosted Costco wings. I will give them another try but unfortunately this time was not good.
