Nana’s Sweet Shop

My wife and I went on a Sunday at 4pm. There were 6 customers ahead of us in a single group (family). There were 2 young ladies that were professional and hygienically sound, and had them taken care of in a reasonable time. They assisted us in a professional and courteous manner. The ice cream itself was absolutely amazing. Nothing less than a childhood flash back to how good ice cream tasted after a baseball win and the team goes for a cone. We will be back for sure!

We found an ice cream place nearby and decided to give it a go. The young lady working the counter was very nice and the store looked well-kept. They had a couple different non-dairy options for ice cream. Overall it was a good visit and we enjoyed it.

They have a good selection of menu items with original flavors not found at other places, and the staff are always really nice and friendly. Be warned though, they are pretty pricey. It’s partly my fault for not looking at the prices I guess, but I was pretty stunned to hear our total was a little over $20 for a total of 3 scoops (2 in cups and 1 in a waffle cone). That’s about twice as much as BR, but if you’d like to support local, it’s a great place to go!

Came here for some ice cream after visiting the library. The parking lot is small but I've never seen it too busy. There is plenty of space to sit and the set up is a little different. They have a good selection of ice cream and the customer service was prompt and quick. The kids cones come with little holders so if it starts dripping it goes on the holder and not your kids hand. They have fixings, and shakes and non dairy options. It looks very clean and the ice cream tastes delicious. While it's a bit off the main roads it's a nice location near the park and library.

Amazing ice cream and super friendly owners! I can't wait to come back again, the kids loved it! If your in San Angelo you HAVE to stop by here, located right next to Unidad park!
